Delete your Stork Lines app account

You can permanently delete your customer account from the app: open Account, choose Account details, select Delete account, and complete the confirmation shown in the app.

If you cannot access the app, email sales@stork-lines.com from the address attached to your customer account and request “Stork Lines app account deletion”. We may ask you to verify that you own the account.

What is deleted

Your customer login, profile, saved addresses, app authentication links, registered push-notification tokens, and customer preferences associated with the deleted account are removed or disconnected.

What may be retained

Order, payment, refund, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, and legal records may be retained for the period required by applicable law and legitimate business obligations. They are not kept as an active app login.
